Nurse Sonia, Joe and Jo are very professional. They are very caring and doing their best jobs, specially nurse Socia, I gave her 5 stars.
Suggested improvements
Toilets are not clean enough and also for parents their must be something you guys do more for sleeping.

We waited for 7 hours only to have a 2 minute blood test took that took hours for the result to come back. And we were unable to sleep as we didn’t know when they would call us. Even though we have work in the morning.

Have more than one doctor on shift at a time.

Because the staff and doctors are very nice with the patients - and provided proper medication.

Its just the waiting time that your guys should improve. We need to spend our holiday to get medication.
